If you have answered yes to any of the questions above then a private training program is what you need. While camps and team training sessions have their benefits there never seems to be enough time for player’s to gain quality repetition of a skill or receive immediate feedback to improve a player’s ability level.
TST’s private training and camps are offered year-round for the:
- Individual working to develop technically, physically and mentally
- Small Group looking to become proficient dealing with pressure and understanding small-sided tactics
- Team working to develop cohesively as a unit.
Individual Training

- 1 on 1 instruction
- 60 minute session
Training focuses on technique, mentality, coordination, technical speed, agility, and explosiveness. For older players, training is more functional and position-specific.
Small Group Training
- 2-8 players
- 60 mins. session
Training focuses on improving technical and tactical proficiency in game situations and improving speed of play. Physical and mental conditioning will also be incorporated.
Team Training
- 10 + players.
- 90 minute session
Training tailored to your needs or designed by TST based on age and ability. Team cohesion and goal-setting incorporated.
Private Team Summer Camps
If you are interested in preparing your team for the upcoming season contact TST and together formulate a plan for a successful week of camp.
Great for High School teams and club teams looking to get a head start in the beginning of the season.
